EPA Proposes to Add Composts and Fertilizers to the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines
On Wednesday, December 10, 2003, EPA proposed to designate certain compost and fertilizer products in its Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines. Designation triggers requirements for Federal, state, and local agencies to purchase these products.
